The blackcurrants are dried at low temperatures, which preserves the vitamins, minerals, flavour and aroma of the berries, while the honey is a sweet counterpart to the blackcurrants, providing a pleasant contrast. Honey with Blackcurrant tastes good on its own or in combination with porridge, cottage cheese or a sandwich. Cold-dried or freeze-dried blackcurrants are added to the honey of various flowers.

Honey with Blackcurrants is available in glass jars of 190 and 380 grams.
