Bee bread, ground and mixed with honey, makes a very tasty and easy to use, healthy product. Bee bread is the product that bees prepare and preserve in their combs for food during the winter months. It is pollen to which the bees have added enzymes and coated with a layer of honey. This mass undergoes lactic fermentation, which enriches the already valuable pollen (one of the most vitamin-rich products) with vitamins D, E and K. The bee bread takes on a slightly sour taste, similar to rye bread.

Bee bread honey is available in glass jars of 190 and 380 grams.
